Thank goodness for Collin Mayer and his alarm clock. "Get up MILBURNS!" He called. We needed to be on the road by 8:30AM which was tough given the evening romping around Uptown, then an Art-a-whirl in NE at a micro brewery while listening to down home folky tunes as freight trains roll by with several of my favorites from college:. Miss Alex Heide, Collin Mayer and Andrew Groos. Alas, we were a bit groggy this mornin'-- in desperate need of fuel. But can I just say, Damn, Minnesota gas is expensive! We filled up at $4.15/gallon. Rough. So, we just got enough to get us to South Dakota where the buffalos roam and the gas is cheaper. Onto the Badlands.
